Room reservations must be made as part of your JiveWorld Registration; your credit card is required to hold your room at the special conference rate.
Please be cautious of email communication or phone calls from unknown vendors volunteering to help with your Aria hotel or travel arrangements. If you have any concerns on the legitimacy of any communications you receive, please contact us prior to responding.
If you are unable to attend JiveWorld17, please contact the registration team. Cancellations made up to March 17th will be charged a $350 service fee. After March 17th refunds will not be issued. Please note, any credits take 7- 10 days to appear on credit card statements.
Taxis are readily available outside McCarran International Airport. The Aria is located just 4 mi from the airport. Taxi fare ranges from $15 - $20.

The conference officially kicks off Monday, May 1st at 6pm with the Welcome Happy Hour Reception and concludes Wednesday evening, May 3rd. If you plan attend the Final Night Party on Wednesday please plan to depart on Thursday, May 4th.
