Bill Wohl has a 30 -year career in communications, and is recognized as a leading Chief Communications Officer and as a trusted, strategic communications counselor, outstanding spokesperson, and expert in crisis, technology and social communications, at large global brands.
Currently, Bill serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Commvault, the IT industry’s leading data protection and information management company, where he oversees communications and branding for this global NASDAQ company. He is also a member of the prestigious Arthur W. Page Society, the world’s leading professional association for senior public relations and corporate communications executives.
In 2011, Bill served as CCO for Hewlett-Packard, and previously worked for 11 years at SAP. At both companies, Bill reported to and directly counseled the CEOs and executive board members on communications for major corporate and product topics, including strategy, litigation, M&A and product launches. Bill has advised leading brands including Siemens Enterprise Communications (now Unify), Zuora, Schneider Electric, DecisionOne, and the Reputation Institute.
Early in his career, Bill also led communications at Remington Arms, a leading firearms manufacturer. His first assignment was on the public relations staff for the Governor of Delaware.
Bill has served more than 30 years as a volunteer firefighter, and an EMT, responding to emergency 911 calls for the fire department in West Grove, Pennsylvania.
